Who's it for?

All skin types, especially dehydrated, oily, or combination skin.

After cleansing, apply toner to a cotton pad and sweep across the face, or pat gently into the skin. Can also be used as a DIY mask by soaking cotton pads and applying for 5–10 minutes.
