Returns summary
• 14-day returns from the date of delivery
• Items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging
• Please contact our Customer Service team before returning any items
Delivery and courier delays
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by our courier partners, including An Post. While most orders arrive within the expected timeframe, occasional delays can occur, particularly during busy periods.
If your tracking shows a delay, please allow a little extra time for delivery. If your order appears significantly delayed or tracking has not updated, our Customer Service team is always happy to assist.
How to arrange a return
To request a return, please email our Customer Service team at orders@skinshop. with your order number, the item or items you wish to return and the reason for your return.
Once we receive this information, we’ll confirm whether your return is eligible and provide the next steps. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
