The September Issue FAQs

What is included in this offer?

This page gathers the formulas included in our current offer, across every step of a routine. Use the links at the top of the page to jump straight to a category:

  • Moisturisers, serums and cleansers
  • SPF
  • Vitamin C
  • Tools and devices

Those links open our full range in each category, which is wider than the offer, so this page is the definitive list of what is included. Samples, gift cards, free gifts and multi product bundles are not part of the offer.

Which brands are not in the offer?

A number of brands set their own pricing and cannot be included in promotions. At present that means ZO Skin Health, Revision Skincare, Skinbetter Science and Senté, along with our haircare brands Color Wow, K18, Moroccanoil and Act + Acre.

Everything else you can see on this page is included. If you are unsure about a specific product, get in touch before you order and we will confirm it for you.

Can I use a promotional code on bundles?

No. Bundles are already sold at a saving against buying each product separately, so promotional codes do not apply to them.

You are very welcome to browse them from the Bundles link at the top of this page. Buying a bundle at its existing saving is often better value than a single product with a code applied, particularly on the larger sets.

Are skin devices included in the offer?

Yes. LED masks and skin devices from Omnilux and Medicube are part of the offer, and this is when most people choose to buy one.

Devices are a considered purchase rather than an impulse one. They work through consistent use over several weeks, so it is worth reading the treatment time on each product page before deciding. If you are choosing between two, get in touch and we will talk you through the difference.

Where do I find vitamin C?

Use the Vitamin C link at the top of the page. It gathers every vitamin C formula in one place, which is more useful than it sounds: vitamin C sits across serums, antioxidant treatments, creams, eye care and SPF, so it is easy to miss half the range if you only look under serums.

Apply vitamin C in the morning and follow it with a broad spectrum SPF.

If I am only buying one thing, what should I prioritise?

A serum or a moisturiser, in most cases. They are the two steps our customers repurchase most, and a well chosen serum changes more than anything else in a routine.

If you already have those covered, SPF is the step that protects the results of everything else you use, and it matters in Ireland in every month of the year. And if a device has been on your list for a while, an offer is the sensible moment to commit to it.
