DELIVERY INFORMATION

Enjoy free shipping on all orders over €75 within the Republic of Ireland.

Your exact delivery cost will always be shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

As a guide:

• Republic of Ireland – An Post €5.95 on orders under €75 or DPD €7.95. Free delivery on orders over €75.

• United Kingdom (England, Scotland & Wales) – Royal Mail £8.99 or DPD £11.99.

• Northern Ireland – DPD £4.95. Free delivery on orders over £75.

• European Union – UPS from €19.95 to €26.00 depending on destination. Free delivery on orders over €300 in most countries (€350 for Greece).

• Cyprus – UPS €26.00 (typically 5 to 8 working days).

Most orders are delivered within 5 to 8 working days. Deliveries to some EU destinations and international addresses may take slightly longer.

Working days exclude weekends and public holidays

Please ensure your Eircode or postcode is entered correctly at checkout. SkinShop cannot accept responsibility for orders delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

If your parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery. Any additional shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

If you choose not to have the order re-sent, we'll refund the cost of the goods once the parcel has been returned to us and inspected. The original delivery charge is non-refundable.

Once your order has been dispatched, any changes to your delivery address or delivery instructions must be made directly with your chosen courier using the tracking information provided.

Unfortunately, SkinShop is unable to amend delivery details after dispatch.

During busy sale periods, please allow up to 4 to 7 working days for delivery due to increased order volumes.

We currently ship to Ireland, selected European Union countries and the United Kingdom.

For deliveries to mainland Great Britain or destinations outside the European Union, customs duties, import VAT and carrier handling fees may apply when your order arrives. These charges are determined by the destination country, are payable by the customer and are not included in your order total.

If a parcel is refused or returned to sender, including where customs charges are not paid, it will be treated as a cancelled order.

Any refund can only be processed once the parcel has been received back at SkinShop and inspected. Please note that international returns can take several weeks to arrive.

Refunds will cover the cost of the goods only. Original shipping charges and any customs duties, taxes or carrier fees already incurred cannot be refunded.
