Step 1: Oil-based cleanser
Melt away SPF makeup and excess sebum with an oil or balm. Massage for 60 seconds then emulsify with water and rinse. Best used at night as the first cleanse.
Step 2: Water-based cleanser
Follow with a gel foam or milk to lift sweat and residue without stripping. Skin should feel clean yet comfortable. Use morning and after your oil cleanse at night.
Step 3: Exfoliation
Refine texture with a gentle chemical exfoliant such as AHA BHA or PHA. Start 1–2 times a week and adjust to tolerance. Avoid over-exfoliation and always wear SPF by day.
Step 4: Toner
Replenish hydration and rebalance after cleansing. Choose soothing toners with heartleaf or centella for sensitivity or a clarifying option if you are oilier.
Step 5: Essence
Layer a lightweight essence to flood skin with humectants and help the next steps absorb. Pat in rather than wiping to keep moisture on the skin.
Step 6: Serum ampoules spot treatment
Apply targeted actives for your concern — vitamin C for brightness niacinamide for balance peptides for firmness retinol at night for renewal. Layer thinnest to thickest and spot treat blemishes as needed.
Step 7: Sheet mask
Use for 10–20 minutes to boost hydration and calm the look of redness. Do not rinse after removal. Press in the remaining serum then move to moisturiser.
Step 8: Eye cream
Smooth a rice-grain amount around the orbital bone to address puffiness dark circles and fine lines. Tap gently to avoid tugging.
Tip: Finish with moisturiser and in the morning always apply broad-spectrum SPF as your last step.
