Apply to cleansed and toned skin in the evening, avoiding the eye area. Leave on for 10 to 20 minutes, then remove and pat any remaining essence into the skin. If you are new to retinol, start with once or twice a week and build up gradually, and always follow with SPF the next morning. Not for use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
