Apply a small amount to the hand. After cleansing in the evening, massage evenly across the face, neck and decolletage and let it absorb. Because it contains retinaldehyde, phase it in gradually: twice a week for the first two weeks, every other night for the next two weeks, then every night. Patch test before first use. In the morning, always use a Medik8 sunscreen.
