Description

Medik8 Crystal Retinal 6 is an advanced retinaldehyde night serum that visibly reduces fine lines and protects against noticeable signs of ageing. Formulated with 0.06% stabilised retinal, this fast acting vitamin A treatment is best suited to those who have built tolerance and want enhanced results.

Encapsulated retinal releases gradually for powerful renewal with improved tolerability. With hyaluronic acid, glycerin and vitamin E, it smooths uneven texture, improves dullness and reduces the look of discolouration, so skin looks firmer, smoother and more youthful.

How to Use

Apply a small amount to clean, dry skin in the evening and let it absorb before your moisturiser. Begin twice weekly and build frequency as your skin tolerates it. Patch test first, and always wear SPF the next morning.

We use it at night after cleansing and keep C-Tetra by day, so pollution and UV are handled in the morning while retinal resurfaces overnight.

Fine Lines Smoothed

This has definitely had an effect on all fine lines around eyes and on forehead. Takes a little getting used to but love this

Amazing product!

Started with no 3 and moved onto number 6 this time. I’m using it every other day. Love the gentle peach tone to this product. Wake up with the smoothest and clearest complexion. Always use spf the next day. In general there is less congestion around my chin and my forehead lines look smoother.

Excellent product

I had been using a high street retinol brand and switched to this in the hopes of refund fine lines. After 2 weeks of using 3 times per week I can confidently say that this product works!

So far, so good!

I have only just started using this, but I haven’t experienced any irritation so far. The product spreads easily and evenly and absorbs nicely. It has a particular scent that seems a little old-fashioned, but I don’t mind it! I’m three weeks in so have just started using it every second night, no issues and no super visible results yet (but I’m aware retinal is a long-game product).

Gentle

I find this a lovely formula. Wanted to transfer to medik8 from DE/ Sunday Riley. Probable should have went with the #10 strength-wise given my skin tolerance. but t is a beautiful formula that does not need a heavy moisturiser on top. Definite skin improvement without skin flaking etc. Only thing I would change is the colour, found it can transfer and stain my cloths when washing my face the morning after. Will re purchase the #10 once I have used it up.
