Shipping policy

Please make sure your Eircode/postcode and address are correct at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect details, and undeliverable orders returned to us may incur a re-shipping and re-stocking fee.
Once your order is dispatched, any changes to delivery must be made directly with the courier using their confirmation — we can't amend details after dispatch.
During sale and other busy periods, please allow 4–7 working days for delivery.

Ireland

Free delivery on orders over €75.
An Post (tracked): €5.95 per order — 1–3 working days.
DPD (tracked): €7.95 per order — 1–2 working days.

Northern Ireland

Free delivery on orders over £75.
DPD: £4.95 per order — 1–2 working days.

United Kingdom (mainland)

Royal Mail: £8.99 per order, or DPD: £11.99 per order.
Customs/import charges may apply and are the customer's responsibility.

European Union (UPS, tracked)

Greece: €19.95 — free delivery over €350.
Lithuania & Latvia: €22 — free delivery over €300.
Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Denmark, Italy & Spain: €24.95 — free delivery over €300.
Bulgaria, Czechia, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia & Sweden: €25.
Cyprus: €26.

International orders

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties or import charges may apply and are the customer's responsibility; SkinShop is not liable for these. Returned international orders incur a €15 return fee.
