1. Every morning, as the last step in your skincare routine, apply Physical Sunscreen to face, neck and décolletage. Avoid the eye area.

2. Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Make sure to reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying and at least every 2 hours to maintain protection.
