1. After cleansing in the evening, massage 4 drops of retinol across the face, neck and décolletage. Use twice a week for the first 2 weeks, every other night for the next 2 weeks, then every night.

2. Follow with your regular Medik8 moisturiser. 

Tip: It is recommended to follow with Advanced Night Restore as it is designed to be used after vitamin A/retinol. In the morning, use a Medik8 sunscreen.

Retinol application should be phased in gradually. Use twice a week for the first 2 weeks, every other night for the next 2 weeks, then every night. Patch testing prior to use is advised.

Consult with your GP before commencing a retinol regime if pregnant, lactating, undergoing skin peeling procedures or taking prescription medication for acne.
