• Once daily in the evening. Retinol may be introduced slowly to avoid purging. Start 2-3 times a week and build up to daily use.
• Apply a pea-sized amount after evening cleansing and follow with your preferred moisturiser if required. Avoid the lips, direct contact with the eye, and corners of the eyes.
