DESCRIPTION

This toner is built around a high concentration of rice extract, sourced from Yeoju in South Korea, to brighten and even out the look of dull or uneven skin. Niacinamide works alongside it to support the skin barrier and calm irritation.

The lightweight, hydrating formula absorbs quickly, leaving skin feeling soft, plump and comfortable rather than tight or dry. Used daily, it helps improve texture, boost radiance and prep the skin to better absorb the products that follow.

Who's It For? Suited to dull, dry or dehydrated skin looking for a brightening, hydrating toner. Also great soaked onto cotton pads as a quick moisture mask for extra dry areas.

HOW TO USE

1. After cleansing, apply to the face using a cotton pad or your hands.
2. Gently pat until fully absorbed.
3. For extra hydration, soak cotton pads and leave on dry areas for a few minutes.
4. Use morning and evening as the first step in your routine.
