How to Use

Cleanse the skin first. Use for 10 minutes per session, four times per week for six weeks, then treat at the first sign of a breakout to maintain results. Secure the mask with the adjustable straps and run the treatment. Follow with your usual moisturiser.

We use it on freshly cleansed skin before moisturiser, and pair it with a gentle non stripping cleanser so the barrier stays calm.
