Obagi Nu Cil Eyelash Enhancing Serum is powered by proprietary NouriPlex® Technology, a four part complex of biotin, panthenol, sodium hyaluronate and a lipid compound developed to nourish the lash line and support the appearance of fuller, thicker and more densely packed lashes. The formula is designed to work with the growth phase of the natural lash cycle, so results build with consistent nightly use rather than disappearing when the makeup comes off.

And there is proper clinical proof behind it. In Obagi's 16 week blinded study, 93% of participants reported an overall improvement in the appearance of their eyelashes, with 89% reporting thicker looking lashes and 89% reporting improved density. Improvements were reported from eight weeks, with more pronounced results at 16 weeks.

For anyone who has ever relied on mascara, lash lifts or extensions to create the lashes they wish they had naturally, this is the step worth being consistent with.
How to Use

Use once daily in the evening on clean, completely dry skin. Apply a thin line of serum along the base of the upper lashes, much like liquid eyeliner. Do not apply to the lower lash line or other areas. Allow approximately 90 seconds to dry before applying other skincare.

Consistency matters. Obagi reports visible improvement from around eight weeks, with more pronounced results at 16 weeks. One 3ml tube typically lasts around two to three months when used as directed.
Ingredients

NouriPlex® Technology combines four key components. Biotin supports the natural production of keratin. Panthenol conditions and nourishes the lashes. Sodium hyaluronate attracts and retains moisture to support the appearance of thickness and density, while Obagi's proprietary lipid compound helps address the appearance of thinning, sparse lashes.
