Obagi C-Balancing Toner helps to stabilise the skin's delicate pH levels to reduce excess oil production for a clear, matte complexion.

Vitamin C helps to promote collagen synthesis as it works to try improve hyperpigmentation and neutralise free radicals. Antiseptic witch hazel helps to purify and minimise pores while PCA provides lightweight hydration.

Aloe vera soothes inflammation and helps to even the skin tone.

Who's it for?

Suitable for normal & oily skin types. 

1. Use twice daily, in the morning and evening after cleansing
2. Pump a small amount (3-4 pumps) onto a cotton pad and gently wipe over entire face
3. Let dry. Do not rinse.
