• After cleansing in the morning and evening, apply a small amount of Daily Refresh Balancing Toner™ to a cotton pad and gently wipe across face, neck and décolletage.

Patch testing prior to use is advised. Do this by leaving a small amount of product on a clean area of your upper arm for 2 minutes. If no reaction occurs within the next 24 hours, you may proceed to use the product normally.
