Do the pimple patches work?

On the right kind of spot, yes, and better than most things you can buy. They work on a raised whitehead that has come to a head, absorbing fluid and stopping you picking at it.

They do very little for a deep painful cyst under the skin, because there is nothing at the surface for the patch to draw out.

How do I layer COSRX products?

Thinnest to thickest, and give each layer a moment before the next.

Essence first on damp skin, then any serum, then moisturiser, then SPF in the morning. A mist can go in before the essence or over the top later in the day.

Do not use the retinol and a strong acid on the same night. Alternate, and if your skin feels tight, drop back to hydration and barrier products for a week.

Is COSRX good for sensitive or reactive skin?

Usually yes. The formulas are short, most are fragrance light and the hero ingredients are hydrators rather than irritants.

COSRX 5 PDRN B5 Vital Soothing Toner and COSRX The Ceramide Skin Barrier Moisturizer are the two most obvious picks if calm is what you are after.
