After cleansing in the evening, as the last step in your routine, apply the blue gel to face, neck and decolletage, avoiding the eye area. Allow to absorb for a few minutes, then gently massage the white cream into the same areas. Leave on overnight and cleanse as usual in the morning. Apply two to three times a week or as required.

We use it two to three nights a week as the final PM step, and pair it with Medik8 Hydr8 B5 Intense earlier in the routine when skin is especially parched and needs building up in layers.
