Cleanse and tone your skin, then carefully apply the hydrogel mask to the face, smoothing out any air bubbles. Leave on for 20 to 30 minutes and do not exceed 30 minutes. Peel off and gently massage any remaining essence into the skin. Do not rinse. Follow with moisturiser. Use 1 to 2 times per week.
