Cleanse with the Gentle Cleanser morning and evening on damp skin, then rinse thoroughly. Apply the Exfoliating Polish to damp skin two to three times per week in gentle circular motions and rinse well. Sweep the Complexion Renewal Pads across the face and neck after cleansing, then finish with Daily Power Defense on clean, dry skin morning and evening as the final step.
