Apply a small amount to cleansed, dry skin in the evening, avoiding the eye area. Use two to three times per week, gradually increasing frequency as tolerated. Follow with a moisturiser. Always use SPF during the day when using retinol products.

We introduce this slowly, two or three nights a week to start, building up as skin adjusts, and never skip SPF the following morning.
