Apply after cleansing and drying the skin completely. Nightly, sweep the spoolie across the root of the brows, following their natural shape. Allow to dry for 90 seconds before continuing your skincare routine. Do not apply to any other areas.

We use it as the last step at night, sweeping it along clean, dry brows before anything else goes on. Pair it with Obagi Nu-Cil BioStim Scalp Serum if hair density is a concern across both brows and scalp.
