Dr. Althea 345 Relief Serum is a lightweight daily serum formulated to calm irritation, replenish moisture and support a stronger skin barrier in one step. Centella asiatica, madecassoside and ceramide NP work together to soothe visible redness and reinforce the skin's natural defences, while niacinamide and panthenol help regulate oil and ease post blemish sensitivity.

Multiple forms of hyaluronic acid and beta glucan deliver deep, long lasting hydration without any sticky residue, leaving skin feeling calmer, smoother and more resilient with continued use. Fragrance free and suitable for sensitive and acne prone skin, it layers easily under moisturiser morning and night.

How to Use

Apply to the face morning and evening after cleansing and toner, patting gently until absorbed. Follow with moisturiser, and SPF in the morning.

We layer this under the 345 Relief Cream when skin is having a difficult week and needs both steps working together.
