1. On damp skin, apply the cream in the morning and/or evening after a shower or an invigorating bath.
2. Massage the affected areas in a circular motion in the direction of drainage.
   

Tip: For a complete slimming programme, alternate between Creme 55 and Silhouette Oil. To lighten tired and heavy legs, alternate Creme 55 in the morning and Phyto 152 in the evening.
