You can earn points via the following activities:

Sign Up (create an account): 150 points

New customers who sign up for the program will get started with 150 points!

Place an order: 1 point for every € spent

Birthday Points: 50 points

Celebrate your birthday with us and receive an additional 50 points! 

Product Review: 50 points

When you make a purchase you will receive an email with the option of leaving a product review for 50 points.

Social Sharing: 25+ points

TikTok Follow: 50 points

Facebook Like: 25 points

Facebook Share: 25 points

Instagram Follow: 25 points

150 Points = €5 off coupon (min. spend €50)

300 points = €10 off coupon (min. spend €75)

450 points = €15 off coupon (min. spend €100)

1. To turn points into a reward, you will 1st need to log into or create your SkinShop account HERE.

2. Click on the rewards launcher on the bottom left of the screen to open the rewards panel. If you cannot find it please click HERE.

3. Next, click on All rewards

If you don't have enough points to redeem, you'll see a progress bar on the right, next to the reward name.

If you have collected enough points you will see a Redeem button.

Upon clicking Redeem, you will be taken to a page that shows the coupon code with a button to apply code which will automatically apply that coupon code to your order.

Once a customer has redeemed their points for a reward, the reward will remain in their account for 6 until they decide to use it on a purchase. If you do not redeem your reward it will expire after 6 months.

Please note: Unused rewards coupons and points are not automatically returned to a customers account if a reward is redeemed and not used. It will expire in 6 months from the date of redemption. Rewards can be redeemed on full price products only.

Rewards can be redeemed off all 'Full-Price' Products at SkinShop. Sales items and Exclusive Bundles are excluded from rewards.

Please note minimum spend is also required when redeeming rewards coupons:

€5 off coupon: minimum spend €50

€10 off coupon: minimum spend €75

€15 off coupon: minimum spend €100

No, points are not automatically returned to a customers account if a reward is redeemed and not used. 

Please ensure you are logged into your SkinShop Rewards account HERE and your points will be visible on the Rewards launcher.

There are two ways of finding your rewards coupon code after your points have been redeemed -

1. In your "You've unlocked a reward!" email from SkinShop

2. Log in to your Rewards account HERE and open the launcher to view your available coupons.

No way! Go ahead and earn as many points as you can.

Only one rewards coupon can be used per order.

Don't worry! Sometimes it takes our system a few minutes to process and apply points to your account. If you don’t see the points in your account after 24 hours, please email us at orders@skinshop.ie with your order number and we’ll take care of it for you.

You will need to redeem your points first.

To redeem your points go to the Redeem section and hit the Redeem Points button.

Take the coupon code and then apply it during checkout.

Only one coupon code is valid at checkout per order.

You can only use one promotion per order. For this reason, you cannot combine rewards coupons with another discount at the one time.

Yes, your points will expire within 6 months if you choose not to use them.

We’re sorry to see you go! If you would like to leave, please email us at orders@skinshop.ie and we will deactivate your account.

Please note that deactivating your account will cause you to lose any accrued points. You may re-enroll in the program at any time, however, your SkinShop Rewards balance will reset to zero.

If you or one of your referrals recently cancelled a purchase or made a return, this could affect your account balance.

Any points associated with that order will be deducted from your SkinShop Rewards account balance.
