Can I return my order

You have the right to cancel within 14 calendar days without providing reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel these items by a clear statement via email to orders@skinshop.ie (template below). Please ensure that all items you are returning are unopened and in any original packaging. Unwanted goods need to be in pristine condition with any retail seals unbroken. Any items returned that do not meet the above listed requirements will be returned to sender and no refund will be issued.

Please ensure goods are returned in sufficient and appropriate packaging as any damage to the product will prevent a full refund. Please ensure to quote your order number, failure to do so could result in a delay to your refund being processed.

My coupon code won't work
  • Multiple coupon codes cannot be used in conjunction with each other
  • If you attempt to input more than 1 coupon code, the system will automatically remove one
  • Free gifts will not be permitted for orders made during any of our sale periods
  • The newsletter sign up discount code is applicable to full priced items only
  • Coupon codes cannot be used when purchasing e-Gift Cards
  • Minimum spend advertised to claim free products must be met
  • The price is the final purchase price after any other discount codes are applied and that are permitted by SkinShop. If this is not met the free product coupon code will automatically be removed from your shopping cart without any notification and will not be included in your order
  • Free gifts will become inactive once stock is no longer available
  • SkinShop reserve the right to cancel, amend and/or refuse the use of promotional codes/offers at anytime without prior notification being issued
  • Minimum order values apply to single orders only
  • Coupon codes apply to full price items only
  • Coupon codes must be inputted prior to payment to avail of discounts/free products
  • Email requests to apply coupon codes after order has been placed will not be accepted
  • The value of the gift or free product received cannot be converted back to cash, credit or exchanged

I can't access my account
We have completely revamped SkinShop in order to improve your customer experience with us. As well as a whole new look, we have added up to 20 new brands for you to choose from alongside all our regular customer faves! As we have had a makeover and have said our Goodbyes to the old site, we ask for you to do the same by creating a new customer account with us. Don’t forget to sign up to our Beauty Circle Rewards to earn points for every € you spend.
My product arrived damaged/faulty

 

Although we take care to prevent any damage to your goods during transit it is possible that problems may arise.

Please accept our apologies if you have received a damaged item.

  • We ask that you do not refuse delivery, instead accept the goods and contact us immediately. Refusal may actually result in a delay of the parcel being returned
  • We request that all customers check their order upon delivery and notify SkinShop of any damages within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • SkinShop cannot accept any liability for damages that are brought to our attention outside of this 48 hour time frame
  • Please attach any pictures you have of the damage to the email
  • A member of our team will review the details and offer the best resolution to resolve your query
  • All damaged orders must be returned to SkinShop before a replacement or refund can be given
  • SkinShop will arrange a collection of the damaged good/s so the customer will not be out of pocket
  • If a collection does not suit, the customer can return the damaged item and SkinShop will refund shipping costs up to a value of €5
  • If collection fails, a second collection will not be arranged and the customer will need to return the damaged item on their own accord

I'm missing an item(s) from my order
  • SkinShop must be notified via email of any missing items within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • SkinShop cannot accept any liability after this period
  • SkinShop cannot accept responsibility for any goods damaged or lost for customers who authorise the driver to leave in a safe place or with another party other than themselves
  • All skincare sets are inspected upon arrival to our warehouse however, in the unlikely event the customer receives a skincare set with a missing item, the whole skincare set, inclusive of all its contents, unused & unopened where possible, must be returned in its original packaging prior to a replacement or refund being issued
  • Each case will be assessed individually 
  • A trace of missing items can take up to 9 working days

    Can I change my delivery details
    • Skinshop.ie cannot amend your delivery details once your order confirmation is received
    • Changes must be made through DPD once you receive your confirmation email from DPD
    • Products cannot be amended on your order once payment has been made
    My e-gift card won't work
    • At present, only gift cards purchased on SkinShop can be redeemed on our website
    • One4all vouchers & gift cards from The Laser & Skin Clinics cannot be redeemed on SkinShop
    • Gift cards purchased from The Laser & Skin Clinic can only be redeemed in any of the 3 clinics
    • Gift cards purchased with SkinShop cannot be used in The Laser & Skin Clinics
