Can I return my order

You have the right to cancel within 14 calendar days without providing reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel these items by a clear statement via email to (template below). Please ensure that all items you are returning are unopened and in any original packaging. Unwanted goods need to be in pristine condition with any retail seals unbroken. Any items returned that do not meet the above listed requirements will be returned to sender and no refund will be issued.

Please ensure goods are returned in sufficient and appropriate packaging as any damage to the product will prevent a full refund. Please ensure to quote your order number, failure to do so could result in a delay to your refund being processed.  Return goods to:-

My coupon code won't work
  • Multiple coupon codes cannot be used in conjunction with each other. If you attempt to input more than 1 coupon code, the system will automatically remove the first one that was inputted
  • Coupon codes offering free products will not automatically add the product to your cart or order confirmation. This will instead appear as a code on your invoice which the warehouse will acknowledge and include your free gift in your order

How long until I receive my order

Timeframe –

Our delivery promise to your selected address is currently 1 to 3 working days following order placement.

All orders placed before 11am will be despatched from our warehouse on the same working day.

This timeframe does not apply during busy periods.

Important Notice

DPD offer their Parcel Wizard service which notifies you of your delivery details.  This service allows you to change your delivery time/date if you will not be at home at the specified delivery slot.  There are DPD drop off points throughout the country so you can opt to have your order delivered to one within your area if you will not be at home. However, this needs to be done as soon as you receive your delivery notification. recommend that you have your order delivered to a location where there will be someone present to acknowledge delivery (signature not required due to Covid19) otherwise delays may occur and your package will be brought back to the depot. DPD may deliver to a neighbour if you are not home, you will be notified of this.

My product arrived damaged/faulty

Although we take care to prevent any damage to your goods during transit it is possible that problems may arise. Please accept our apologies if you have received a damaged item. We ask that you do not refuse delivery, instead accept the goods and contact us immediately. Refusal may actually result in a delay of the parcel being returned. We request that all customers check their order upon delivery and notify SkinShop of any damages within 48 hours of receiving your order. SkinShop cannot accept any liability for damages that are brought to our attention outside of this 48 hour time frame.

Please attach any pictures you have of the damage to the email. A member of our team will review the details and offer the best resolution to resolve your query.

SkinShop must be notified via email of any missing items within 48 hours of receiving your order. SkinShop cannot accept any liability after this period.

SkinShop cannot accept responsibility for any goods damaged or lost for customers who authorise the driver to leave in a safe place or with another party other than themselves.

All skincare sets are inspected upon arrival to our warehouse however, in the unlikely event the customer receives a skincare set with a missing item, the whole skincare set, inclusive of all its contents, unused & unopened where possible, must be returned in its original packaging prior to a replacement or refund being issued.

Any amendments to the delivery of your order must be submitted directly to DPD once confirmation of your shipment is received, SkinShop cannot assist in the change of any delivery details.

Brexit will not affect orders made on SkinShop. As we are an Irish company, fully operating within the Republic of Ireland, no import taxes or hidden charges will be applied to any orders.

Can I change my delivery details
  • cannot amend your delivery details once your order confirmation is received. Changes must be made through DPD once you receive your confirmation email from DPD.
  • Products cannot be amended on your order once payment has been made.
My e-gift card won't work

At present, only gift cards purchased on can be redeemed on our website.

Please note: One4all vouchers & gift cards from The Laser & Skin Clinics cannot be redeemed on at this time. Gift cards purchased from The Laser & Skin Clinic can only be redeemed in any of the 3 clinics.

Gift cards purchased with SkinShop cannot be used in The Laser & Skin Clinics.
