Derived from sugar cane, this exfoliating toner works to remove dead skin on the surface to help improve the overall skin texture and brightness. It also has 5% Witch Hazel to help reduce excess oil and soothe.

HOW TO USE
In the the PM after cleansing, saturate a cotton pad and wipe your face and neck.
You can also use on other blemish-prone areas, including your back and chest. No need to rinse.
