Free Gifts

  • Free gifts will automatically add to all qualifying orders
  • Free gifts will be removed if qualifying spend is not met after discount codes are applied

Complimentary Samples

  • Please ensure to choose 2 samples prior to checkout
  • After each sample is selected, your cart will refresh to include the chosen sample
  • Customers must review their cart prior to checking out to ensure both samples are included
  • Samples that are not added to the cart, will not be sent out separately
  • Only 2 complimentary samples per order
  • If more than 2 samples are added to an order, only 2 will be sent and the others will be removed
  • Extra samples will not be included in orders under any circumstances
  • You can view the samples selection currently available at the cart page

  • It is important that you add the samples to your shopping cart prior to payment otherwise they will not be sent

  • Samples are limited and may change from time to time

Ways to Earn:

  • Signup (create an account) - 50 points

Ways to Redeem:

100 Points = €5 off coupon (min spend €25)

200 points = €10 off coupon (min spend €50)

  • To turn points into a reward, you will need to log into your account, then click on the launcher to open the rewards panel
  • Next, click on All rewards
  • If you don't have enough points to redeem, you'll see a progress bar on the right, next to the reward name
  • If you do have enough points, there will be a Redeem button
  • Upon clicking redeem, you will be taken to a page that shows the coupon code with a button to Apply code which will automatically apply that coupon code to your order
  • Once a customer has redeemed their points for a reward, the reward will remain in their account until they decide to use it on a purchase
  • Points are not automatically returned to a customers account if a reward is redeemed and not used
  • SkinShop reserve the right to amend, change or revoke the ways to earn and ways to redeem without prior notice

Refer a Friend

  • You, customer A refers a friend, customer B by sending them your referral URL
  • When customer B clicks on the URL, they should see a prompt for them to enter their email address
  • When customer B enters their email address, the 'Friend' reward will be sent to them via email
  • From the email, Customer B will be able to copy their coupon code and use it in an order
  • If customer B then goes on to make a purchase, customer A will get their reward
  • Note that your friend does not need to create an account, nor use the friend reward that they redeemed in order to complete the referral. They just have to make a purchase!
  • Customer A's coupon code expires after 30 days
  • Customer B's coupon code expires after 6 months
  • Referral amount is currently €15 but is subject to change
  • A minimum spend of €50 is required to redeem referral codes 
  • Accounts using the same name/address will be blocked
  • Referrals must be genuine and referrals of the same individual with different email addresses are not permitted
  • Items that are already discounted will be excluded from the promotion

Social Media Competitions

  • Competition winner will be picked at random

Payment Policy

  • We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay & Maestro
  • We accept payment with a SkinShop e-gift card
  • We do not accept The Laser & Skin Clinic gift cards
  • We do not accept payments over the phone or offer a collection service
  • We do not accept cash payments under any circumstances

  • Our customer service team are available Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm
  • All enquiries must be emailed to orders@skinshop.ie
  • Our phone lines are not opened to the public and are not monitored by our customer service team
  • We endeavour to respond to all customer enquiries within 2 business days

Order Dispatch

  • Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday
  • Orders placed before 12 Noon Monday to Friday will be sent out within 1-2 working days
  • Orders placed over the weekend are sent out within 1-3 working days
  • We aim to achieve next day delivery with all of our orders within the ROI however, factors that are out of our control such as busy periods, current restrictions and courier delays may extend delivery times
  • We ask that you allow 5-7 working days for delivery during busy periods

Shipping Cost

  • SkinShop currently offer 3 courier options at checkout
  • All 3 courier options are tracked & signed
  • Prices vary per courier
  • DPD are the only courier available for international shipments
  • SkinShop reserve the right to amend these rates at anytime

  • The price is the final purchase price after any discount codes are applied and that are permitted by skinshop
  • If the amount required for any free shipping promotions is not met the system will automatically add the shipping fee to your shopping cart without any notification 

Shipping & Return Policy

  • In the unlikely event of anything arriving damaged, please notify SkinShop via email within 48 hours (orders@skinshop.ie)
  • We offer a 14 day return policy; the 14 calendar days start from the day on which you receive your order. We will accept returned products provided that it has not been opened, used or any security seals broken and is in a saleable condition
  • Please use sturdy packaging when returning any item 
  • Please do not send any returns without first speaking with one of our customer service representatives and enclose a copy of the email in your return, we can not accept returns we have not received prior notification of
  • When returning an item, please use recorded delivery, we can not process refunds or replacements for items we do not receive
  • If you wish to return anything, we must receive it within 14 calendar days of our return authorisation being issued
  • Upon satisfactory receipt, we will refund your original payment method the relevant amount less shipping costs
  • SkinShop do not refund shipping costs for items returned that are not faulty or damaged
  • All damaged and/or faulty items being returned, will be refunded a maximum of €5 shipping costs

Faulty and/or Damaged L'Oréal Products

  • Any damaged and/or faulty L'OrĂ©al products must be reported to customercare@service.skinceuticals.co.uk as soon as possible
  • L'OrĂ©al will deal with all damaged and/or faulty products in an efficient and timely manner
  • SkinShop are not permitted to replace or refund any damaged and/or faulty L'OrĂ©al products and this can only be done by L'OrĂ©al
  • By purchasing any L'OrĂ©al products, you agree to these terms and conditions in full

 Failed/Missing Orders

  • In the case of a parcel being returned to SkinShop due to the courier failing to make contact with the customer, a re-delivery fee will be charged to re-send the parcel
  • If the customer chooses to cancel the order in this instance instead of re-dispatching, the original postage and packaging cost covered by SkinShop will not be refunded
  • In the unlikely event that your order has not been delivered, you can contact DPD directly through Manage my delivery email notification
  • If your query is not been dealt with promptly, please contact orders@skinshop.ie and we will escalate the issue for you
  • SkinShop cannot take any responsibility for missing orders where the customer inputted the incorrect delivery address and/or eircode
  • All missing deliveries must be notified to SkinShop within 7 days from the date of dispatch
  • All missing deliveries will be assessed on a case by case basis
  • Any missing deliveries outside of this timeframe cannot be replaced
  • A trace for missing deliveries can take up to 9 working days

Delivered but Not Received

  • Customers will receive a delivery notification once their order has been delivered
  • If you receive this notification but have not received your order, please notify the courier/SkinShop immediately
  • A delay in notification can lesson the chances of the order being located
  • DPD work with a GPS tracking system and all orders that are delivered to the correct GPS coordinates will not be replaced if an unreasonable delay in notifying SkinShop is evident
  • Each query will be assessed on a case by case basis
  • SkinShop cannot take any responsibility for orders left unattended by delivery services and/or when instructed to do so by the customer
  • Please follow up with the courier in relation to failed deliveries 

Out of Stock Items

  • SkinShop aim to maintain 100% accuracy with all stock levels however, sometimes products can be purchased through our site that are currently out of stock
  • If this occurs and your item is out of stock when packing your order, we will contact you to discuss how you would like the order handled and how soon we can get it to you
  • If we are unable to guarantee delivery of the out of stock item, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method

Allergic Reactions

  • Always ensure you read the labels for ingredients and directions of use for our products & samples to prevent an allergic reaction
  • We recommend a patch test to be completed prior to proceeding with full application
  • Very occasionally people have allergic reactions to certain ingredients within products they haven’t used before and they can vary from customer to customer
  • If you do have an allergic reaction to a product purchased on our site, we recommend you stop using the product and visit your doctor in the first instance
  • Please contact our team within 48 hours of using your product with the below information:
  1. The product you had the reaction to
  2. Type of reaction you experienced
  3. How long after applying the product did the allergic reaction occur
  4. Did you consult a healthcare professional since having the reaction
  5. Order & contact details
  • SkinShop reserve the right to request a Doctors’ letter and/or photo of the reaction
  • Please read the manufacturers’ leaflet or the information on the product to see if they are likely to cause you any problems
  • All descriptions, ingredients, instruction of use regarding products on our site have been provided by the manufacturers and/or distributors
  • If you have any concerns regarding the safety of certain ingredients, please contact your doctor or the brand directly for further information
