Customer Service and General Queries
  • Our customer service team are available Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm

  • We endeavour to respond to all customer enquiries within 2 business days
Offers and Discount Codes
  • Discount codes apply to full-priced items only
  • Sale items, Glo Skin Beauty, Sculpted by Aimee and The Inkey List products are excluded from all discount codes. SkinShop reserves the right to amend this at any stage.
  • Some discount codes may be limited to one use per customer (SkinShop's Newsletter Welcome Discount, and others)
  • Some discounts and offers may be time-bound
  • Discount codes cannot be used when purchasing e-Gift Cards
  • Discount codes are not available for use in conjunction with any other promotion
  • Terms & Conditions can vary depending on the promotion, this will be clearly stated on our website

Shipping and Order Dispatch
  • Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday
  • Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched within 1-2 working days
  • Orders placed over the weekend and bank holidays are dispatched within 1-3 working days
  • Free Shipping over €75 applies to orders shipped within the Republic of Ireland only
  • Due to the large volume of orders placed during sale & busy periods, your order might take a little longer than normal to reach you
  • Orders placed are subject to acceptance and may not be confirmed due to various reasons.
  • Reasons for Non-Acceptance:
  • Product out of stock
  • Payment authorisation issues
  • Pricing or product errors
  • System or procurement failures

Returns Policy

  • SkinShop does not offer an exchange service
Non-Deliveries
  • In the case of a parcel being returned to SkinShop due to the courier failing to make contact with the customer, a re-delivery fee will be charged to re-send the parcel
  • If the customer chooses to cancel the order in this instance instead of re-dispatching, the original postage and packaging cost covered by SkinShop will not be refunded
  • If you wish to cancel an order that has been dispatched but not delivered, all the products must be returned to SkinShop (by the courier or the customer) before a refund is processed
  • SkinShop cannot take any responsibility for missing orders where the customer inputted the incorrect delivery address and/or eircode
  • All missing deliveries must be notified to SkinShop within 7 days from the date of dispatch and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis
  • A trace for missing deliveries can take up to 10 working days
  • SkinShop cannot take any responsibility for orders left unattended by delivery services and/or when instructed to do so by the customer
Complimentary Samples
  • Please ensure to choose your free sample before checkout
  • Samples that are not added to the cart will not be sent out separately
  • If more than fewer samples than the qualifying amount are added to an order, only added samples that are added to the cart will be sent and the others will be removed
  • Extra samples will not be included in orders under any circumstances unless we are running a sample-specific promotion
  • Samples are shipped with merchandise purchases only, the purchase of gift cards do not qualify for a sample(s)
  • Sample allowance by spend can change, especially during promotional periods
  • If you receive an alternative sample to the one you have chosen please note that this is due to the sample being out of stock and an alternative has been added instead
  • Free samples are complimentary and SkinShop is not obliged to offer them. We reserve the right to remove the option of free samples at any time
  • Orders are not able to be amended after they have been processed so please do not contact customer services requesting samples to be added
Free Gifts / Gift With Purchase
  • Selected free gifts will automatically be added to qualifying orders
  • Free gifts must meet the qualifying spend after any promotional code or discount is applied
  • Free gifts will be removed if the qualifying spend is not met after discount codes are applied
  • Limit of one free gift per qualifying order
  • Gifts will not be exchanged for other products and/or cash
  • Limited offer, available while stocks last
  • Free gifts will not be sent out separately if not selected on the original order
  • Qualifying purchases must be met in order to avail of the free gift(s)
  • Availability of free gifts can change from the time of purchase to the time of packing
  • Free gift advertised may differ than what is received, depending on stock availability
  • If a customer wishes to return products that awarded them the free gift, the order in its entirety, including the free gift, must be returned in order to receive a refund

Competitions
  • The competition winner will be picked at random 
  • Prizes cannot be exchanged for other products and/or cash
  • Winners will be contacted via email
Promotional Gift Cards
  • Spend '€ x' amount and receive a promotional gift card
  • The promotion is only valid during the periods advertised
  • Promotional gift cards must be redeemed within 30 days of purchase. The gift cards will be invalid after this period. As these are promotional gift cards, they do not affect your statutory rights
Allergic Reactions
  • Always ensure you read the labels for ingredients and directions of use for our products & samples to prevent an allergic reaction
  • We recommend a patch test to be completed prior to proceeding with full application
  • Very occasionally people have allergic reactions to certain ingredients within products they haven’t used before and they can vary from customer to customer
  • If you do have an allergic reaction to a product purchased on our site, we recommend you stop using the product and visit your doctor in the first instance
  • Please contact our team within 48 hours of using your product with the information below:
  1. The product you reacted to
  2. Type of reaction you experienced
  3. How long after applying the product did the allergic reaction occur
  4. Did you consult a healthcare professional since having the reaction
  5. Order & contact details
  • SkinShop reserve the right to request a Doctors’ letter and/or photo of the reaction
  • Please read the manufacturers’ leaflet or the information on the product to see if they are likely to cause you any problems
  • All descriptions, ingredients, instructions of use regarding products on our site have been provided by the manufacturers and/or distributors
  • If you have any concerns regarding the safety of certain ingredients, please contact your doctor or the brand directly for further information

Brand Ambassadors Policy
  • Compliance with Laws: SkinShop is committed to adhering to all applicable Irish legislation and regulations regarding influencer marketing, including the Consumer Protection Act 2007 and the E-commerce Directive.
  • Disclosure Requirements: All sponsored posts, affiliate links, gifted products, or any other form of commercial relationship with SkinShop must be conspicuously disclosed. Acceptable disclosures include (but are not limited to) hashtags like #ad, #sponsored, or #gifted.

Payment Policy
  • We accept payment by Klarna, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, Humm Finance, Maestro and SkinShop e-Gift Cards
  • We do not accept payments over the phone, we do not offer a collection service and we do not take cash payments
