Gift Card FAQs

Only SkinShop e-gift cards purchased on skinshop.ie can be redeemed on our website. One4all vouchers and gift cards from the Laser & Skin Clinics can't be used on SkinShop, and SkinShop gift cards can't be used in the clinics.

A SkinShop e-gift card is available in any amount you choose and is issued by email as an electronic voucher code, redeemable at checkout against any product on skinshop.ie. Gift cards are issued in euro and are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.

Add the gift card to your basket like any other product, set the recipient's email address, and check out. You can buy more than one and add other products to the same order. Discount codes can't be used when buying a gift card.

Once payment is taken, the gift card code is emailed to the recipient address you entered. Nothing is posted.

Enter the voucher code in the “Gift card” box at checkout and click Add. You can use more than one gift card per order, and you can use a gift card alongside a valid discount code. Any unused balance stays on the gift card.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, so if you paid wholly or partly with a gift card, that portion is refunded to a gift card of the same value.

• If a code is lost, the original purchaser can contact us to reissue it — we can only reissue codes that haven't been redeemed, the original code is then voided, and the original expiry still applies.
• Risk and title pass to you once we send the code. We're not responsible for gift cards lost, stolen or used without your permission.
• We may close accounts and recover payment by other means if a fraudulently obtained gift card is used.

Gift cards can't be returned or refunded except in line with your statutory rights, and their value can't be exchanged for cash.
