Order Processing Administrator 

SkinShop are looking to hire an experienced Order Processing Administrator to join their team, the role will include:

  • Handling incoming customer enquiries
  • Managing online filing systems
  • Recording information as needed
  • Order Processing
  • Order checking
  • Inventory control
  • Dealing with urgent matters
  • Dealing with courier partners
  • Dealing with all aspects of deliveries including missing deliveries
  • Date entry
  • Helping organise and maintain office, stock room and common areas
  • Performing general office clerk duties and errands
  • Maintaining office and stock room equipment as needed
  • Communicating with suppliers
  • Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases

This list is not exhaustive due to the job being very varied. SkinShop is looking for a candidate who feels comfortable with taking on new projects in order to implement new systems within the offices and stock rooms. This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to work within a growing but established business. The hours will be Monday- Friday, 9:00am-5pm with flexibility needed when required.

Although not essential we are particularly interested in applications that have experience and interest in the beauty and retail industry. This role has huge potential for the successful candidate, a competitive salary and staff incentives available.

We are looking for someone to join our team immediately.

Contract length: 12 months

Expected start date: 22/11/2021
