Order & Processing Fulfilment

We are seeking a motivated, energetic, ambitious, and detail-orientated individual that is keen to learn. This is a hands-on position, so it helps if you are relatively active. You will have a great deal of responsibility, and you must also be willing to work flexible hours.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Checking and processing orders
  • Unpacking of deliveries and the checking in of stock
  • Processing online orders
  • Sorting and placing materials or items in the appropriate areas
  • Collecting items from throughout the warehouse, preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to a schedule
  • Performing warehouse inventory controls via scanner and/or through a computer
  • Stock counting and location checks
  • Keeping detailed records of what is in the warehouse, and where fellow staff can find specific products
  • Finding goods as soon as possible when required
  • Coming up with methods of optimising space in the warehouse
  • Cleaning the warehouse and ensuring goods aren’t damaged
  • Working as part of a team
  • Checking each load for missing or damaged items
  • Working with suppliers and courier company

Person Specification

  • At least 1 years previous experience in a similar role in a fast paced environment
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Strong team player, Flexible and adaptable

Contract length: 12 months

Part-time hours: 20-35 per week

Operations Lead

We are looking for an additional member of staff for our Stock room. This position is for approx 30 hours a week with room for more in Mullingar town.

Responsibilities

1. Accurately picking customer orders for packaging

2. Accurately packaging orders in preparation for shipping in a timely manner

3. Lead all aspects of inventory control

4. Managing and processing all stock orders

5. Handle all delivery enquiries

6. Lead customer care procedures to ensure proactive and effective customer communication ensuring continuous improvement with service and delivery to our customers

7. Ensure the warehouse is kept in a clean and tidy manner

Person Specification

  • At least 1 years previous experience in a similar role in a fast paced environment
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Strong team player, flexible and adaptable
  • Suitable for an energetic and face paced role
  • Previous experience using inventory and CRM applications desirable but not necessary as full training will be provided
  • Ability to work on own initiative and impeccable attention to detail
